Pat
Ann's Mum is now living close to us in a unit we bought up on the hill behind Nerang.
Since Ann's dad, Charlie, passed away in 2001, Pat has shown great courage in taking control of her life.
She has the true fighting Irish spirit and the independence we all see in the girls in this family is a direct result of her influence. (that includes daughters (Ann and Shelagh), grand-daughters (Louise and Jacqui) and Great-grand-daughters (Camryn and Lauren)
This is the 4 generations of girls, Pat with Camryn on her lap Ann on her right shoulder, Jacqui on her right side and Louise on her left.
It has been a challenge because Charlie always did everything.
She gets such a thrill to see her Great Grand-children on every occassion she can and. Camryn, Christelle and Lauren are a source of life and vitality for her.
Pat's cousin Frank visited here from Ireland in October 2004 and talked all the legs of everybodys iron pots. What an enthuiastic man.
Her niece Suzie came out from the UK last June and spent some time with us. She is involved with teaching in the UK and has great stories to tell about her ministry trips to eastern European villages (Yugoslavia and Bosnia etc.)
This is Pat with Louise beside her and from left to right, Grand-daughter Jacqui, daughters Ann and Shelagh and niece Suzie.
