What is a "Bespoke" Jeweller

The best description is in my approach to my clients needs.

The short meaning of "BESPOKE" is to customize or tailor an item to the personal tastes and style of the customer.

When we begin to discuss the design of any piece I first of all assess the general appearance of the person as to height and skin colour as well as preferred hair colour and observable styles already being used.

The shape of hands and face and neck are vital to my decision as to the best style of adornment for the individual.

HANDS: This is for the application of designing rings.

NECK: for any pendant or necklace.

Many times a client has a certain design in mind which if proceeded with may have seen an unhappy result.
With careful attention to a BESPOKE approach, the design can be fine tuned to suit the overall person and best results are achieved when the artist (Jeweller) has free reign to express the flair of his /her ability.

FACE: For ear rings etc.

The shape of a face will be extraordinarily important to see the size and flow of an ear piece as well as neck jewellery

WRIST: For bracelets or chains.

To fit the best style of wrist adornment one must be careful not to cause an over emphasis of any noticeable features and the shape of the hands as well as the way a person stands must come into play.
Emphasis will always be on the bringing out of the best features of the client.

OVERALL: General appearance.

It is vital to ascertain the observed choice of jewellery already being worn to bring the new piece into the observable choice of the client.
HOWEVER: there may come a time where the jewellery already owned may not be the best style for the person and a total rethink of a suite of jewellery may be in order.

This has happened on quite a few occasions and the advice of a BESPOKE jeweller, like myself, will bring to life the personality of the client in a stunning way.
